On 18th of September in Pädaste Manor, we had the opportunity to cook  under the guidance of the Estonian top chef Peeter Pihel. He taught us and we liked very much  to pick edible plants in the garden and from the sea side. The most interesting plant was ice plant, which had small crystals on top and tasted like cucumber. Also, we made pesto for pasta from nettles and other plants collected from the yard, and that tasted very good.
While driving back home to Hiiumaa, we stopped in Saksa farm shop where we bought a really delicious home-made ice cream. The trip was highly interesting and memorable.
