On 22nd of July Estonian National TV filmed a sequence of a serial "Beautiful land/ Ilus maa" in Hiiumaa. In the Partsi Mill, the Growing Gastronauts of Kärdla Gymnasium  were cooking with the assistance from the UK Embassy in Estonia. The Public Affairs and Political Officer of the Embassy, Ms Kai-Ines Nelson, who was a skilful chef and a good tutor for children, helped to cook traditional Shrophire dishes: Fidget pie consisting of apples and ham, and Apple crumble which included a novel component of Estonian Kama. It turned out, that last autumn during the project study tour of our partners from Shropshire, Warvikshire and Loire Valle du Loir to Hiiumaa and Saaremaa, partners learned about Kama. Valerie Meehan, project co-ordinator from Grow Cook Share wrote: „After visiting Estonia, I added 50g Kama to the crumble topping - delicious!”
